By creating an account or using Notka you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Notka is operated from Poland.
Notka turns your spoken or written notes into structured entries and generates reflections from them using third-party AI providers. Reflections and structured output are AI-generated and may contain errors — they are for personal insight, not professional advice.
Notka is a journaling tool. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care, and it is not a crisis service. If you are in distress or in an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content you submit. You retain ownership of your notes. You grant Notka the limited rights needed to process, store, and display your content back to you and to operate the service (for example, sending it to transcription and AI providers).
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access; no unlawful content; no automated bulk usage beyond your plan's limits. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
The free tier includes a monthly allowance; paid plans unlock higher limits. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Notka is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notka is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Questions: hello@notka.ai.
